Do you take commissions?
I'm thrilled to let you know that I'm available for commissions! Pop me an email with your project details - the more, the merrier. We can chat about how long it'll take and how much it'll cost. Can't wait to make your ideas come to life!
Your shop is empty, how do I purchase work?
Hang tight if you see a "sold out" sign on my page! I work in collections, and when they're gone, they're truly gone. But don't worry, I'm always cooking up the next collection. First dibs? My Patreon and Instagram subscribers get them! After 24 hours, we open the floodgates for everyone.
What is Patreon?
Step right into the rabbit hole that is my Patreon universe, a snug little hidey-hole where I spill the tea on my art studio shenanigans, my creative escapades, and a full-blown tour of my collections. Did I forget to mention the sweet sticker club and the VIP early access to all new collections? With a smorgasbord of support tiers, there's a custom-made corner just for you. Can't wait to see your username pop up on my supporters list!
What about those Hobbit mugs ?
Get stoked, folks! Our beloved Shire Collection returns fall 2024! It's a yearly treat we all can't wait for. Can't hold the excitement till then? No worries! We roll out Shire design pre-orders too. Stay tuned to our email list for the latest scoop on when the next one pops up.
Can you hold a piece for me?
In order to keep things fair for everyone trying to get a piece work is made available on a first come first serve basis. I do not offer holds or reserves.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes! Some countries may require customs or duty tax please be aware of your countries policies. These duties and taxes are the responsibility of the buyer. Also please note that once a package leaves my hands I am no longer responsible for it. I will not be held accountable for packages lost in the mail.
Help! My package is being sent back to you...
It is very important that you double check your shipping address before you place your order. If your package is being returned to me because of incorrect address or because it wasn't picked up from the post office fast enough I can send it back out to you BUT you are responsible for shipping costs.
Where are you located?
I am located in the state of Virginia in the United states.
I bought multiples, will you combine shipping?
I do my best to combine shipping and refund overages however sometimes because of weight or delicacy of the piece it is best to ship separate.
I tried to contact you on Instagram and you never replied..
If your question is answered in my FAQ page then chances are I will not be responding. I get many messages every day and provide the FAQ page to easily answer all of the questions I get on a regular basis. If your question can not be answered on the FAQ page please email me at Dirtworksceramics@gmail.com. Social media DMs are not a reliable way to get in contact with me.
How much do your pieces cost?
My pieces range in price depending on size, detail, and materials used. Here is a rough break down by collection to give you and idea of what to expect:
Moon phase mugs: $70+
Awakening: $70+
Spill the tea: $200+
The Shire: $230+
Tarot: $100+
Zodiac: $85
Incense dishes: $55+
Do you offer Wholesale?
At this time I am not accepting any new wholesale accounts
Can I put my mug in the microwave?
If your mug has gold or mother of pearl luster on it you should keep to out of the microwave and dishwasher. Mugs free of luster can be used in the microwave and dishwasher.
Care
Pottery is fragile and should be handled delicately. Do your best to avoid thermal shock. Run warm water over your mug before pouring boiling water and avoid freezing your pieces.
Returns/Exchanges
- I do not offer exchanges
- I do not offer returns. Be sure to look at every listing photo! what you see is what you get. All pieces are photographed in bright natural sunlight. My glazes look best in that light. Understand that glazes may not appear as vibrant in dim light.

Shipping
All orders for ready to ship pieces ship within 1-7 business days via USPS.
Customs and import tax
Buyer is responsible for any customs or import taxes that may apply. I CAN NOT change the item value on the customs slip. I am not responsible for any delivery delays caused by customs.
Damages
I do my best to pack each item carefully to ensure a safe arrival. Pottery is already fragile and sometimes things happen. If your item arrives broken please contact me immediately. I must be contacted within 72 hours of delivery to receive and refund/replacement.
